These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Prison Combat mobile game and prisoncombat.net. The game is operated by Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The game
Prison Combat is a digital game. You can play, progress, collect resources and equipment, and access features offered in the current version. Features, content, and availability may change as the game is updated.
2. Accounts and fair play
If you create or link an account, keep access to it secure. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, interfere with the game or other players, or use the game for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the game or other users.
3. In-game purchases
The game may offer optional purchases of digital items and features, including Soap resource packs, other in-game packs, and a Battle Pass. The available items and prices are shown before purchase. Purchased digital items are for use within Prison Combat and do not represent money or ownership of the game.
Payments are handled by the payment method shown at checkout. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's applicable payment terms. Keep your purchase receipt if you need help with an order.
4. Delivery and refunds
Digital items are normally credited to the game account after a successful payment. If an item is missing, contact us with the purchase date, platform, order identifier, and a description of the problem. Do not send your full card number.
For purchases processed by the App Store or Google Play, request a refund through the relevant store. For a purchase processed by another payment provider shown at checkout, contact us at the email below. Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable payment terms and law.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the game available, but maintenance, technical issues, or changes to third-party services may interrupt access. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date.
